Over the past decade, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of design projects, Saas and proprietary products, AI-integrated products and even the odd website here and there.
Leading the end-to-end design cycle for SaaS products, from initial discovery to high-fidelity prototypes. My work includes developing accessible design systems that cut development time, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate complex needs into intuitive user flows, and conducting user research to drive redesigns and strategic pivots toward a mobile-first, user-centric approach..
Instrumental in the UX/UI design of Monark’s Leadership Intelligence SaaS product, specializing in creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful human-centric AI tools that amplify leader growth. Design efforts directly contributed to a 30% increase in user engagement by balancing automation with expert control.
Drove the full design lifecycle, translating strategic research into foundational documentation and delivering validated solutions through prototyping and cross-functional collaboration.
Led the complete, human-centred redesign of NavBlue’s Operations Control Centre product, delivering a significantly more usable experience validated by strategic user research and prototyping.
